Choose your state on the next page

Then you will come to the home page of sarathi.parivahan.gov.in after clicking on Apply online here first apply for new Lerner's license

Following are the phases in (Odisha) Application Submission in Issuing Learner's License in the accompanying request 2020

1.  Fill Applicant Details
2. Upload Documents
3. Payment of Fee
4. LL Test Slot Booking

1- Fill Applicant Details

Click Continue

Chose Applicant Doesn't Hold Driving / Lerner Licence Then Click Submit

Then fill out the Application Form given your details, Name, Addresses, Mobile Number, Blood Group and some other personal details in the Application Form, then select which type of vehicle you want to apply select in the class of vehicle. after giving all these details Submit your Application Form

Then download your acknowledgment receipt and click on next

Now that your fill Application details Learner Licence ll have been completed

2- Upload Documents

now click on proceed to upload the document

Show Your Application Number And Date Of Birth Click Submit then ok

Which Documents Required For Apply New Driving license In Odisha

Here you have to upload all these documents

1. Age Proof
2. Address Proof
3. Form 1 (Self Declaration)
4. Medical Certificate-Form1A (after 40 years of age)
5. Photo ID Proof

If you have an Aadhaar card and everything is fine with the full Date Of Birth (dd / mm / yyyy) then you can upload it to Age Proof, Adress Proof and Photo ID Proof if you don’t have an Aadhaar card then you can submit all these documents

2.Proof of address (any one of the following)

• Aadhaar card
• Passport

• Water bill
• Electricity bill
• Life insurance policy
• House tax mutation order
• CGHS card
• Nationalized bank passbook

3.Form 1 (Self Declaration)

Go to the application status page, download the printer Form 1 pdf, print to the number 6 page CMV FORM 1 (Application –cum-declaration as to the physical fitness), then fill that page and upload it.

4.Medical Certificate-Form1A

If you are over 40 years old, then go to the application status page, download the printer Form 1A and open the pdf prin 7 and 8 number page CMV Form 1-A(Medical Certificate) from it and Fill out these 2 pages and attach the photo and sign the medical officer then upload these 2 pages in joint pdf

All these documents should be in jpg, jpeg, pdf format, and the file size should be maximum 200kb then upload the documents

After successfully uploading all the documents, click on next

3- Payment of Fee

Once the upload document is complete you will have to pay the fee in the next step click on the proceed to pay the fee

Once the payment is successful, you can print out the receipt Then go to sarathi's home page and click on Apply online and click on Application status

After submitting the application number and date of Birth click on Submit, then your Application status page will come up and your fee payment status is showing here complete

4.  LL Test Slot Booking

Then you have to click on proceed to book the slot booking, Then OTP will come to your mobile number after you have given that OTP click on Submit

Click on proceed to Book, then the calendar will be opened book the slot on the date and time on which you think you can reach the RTO Office to take the LL Test.

After successfully booking, print out your slot Booking Receipt.

When you go to the RTO Office you have to take this Booking Receipt and all the original documents
